Anyone looking for a new apartment and or Roomate?

Hey guys, my room mate is leaving and I am looking for someone to take his spot. I have a duplex house with 2 floors to myself, 2 bedrooms, living room kitchen 1 and a half baths etc. Located in Park slope near F and R train like 5-8min walk to either. The rent is $900. We would be sharing space everywhere except the bedrooms(obviously).
Requirements: Must like dance music(thats a given I hope) or music in general, as i play guitar have a bunch of synths, full blown studio etc. Must be reliable for rent. And lastly must be clean(given aswell i hope)
In any case most of the old school TA's can vouch for me, im pretty straight up, I dont interfere with other peoples . And I am a all around nice guy.

| Deffinately cool i got so many PM's. Like I said, in the PM's my current room mates sister has priority to the space. But if things dont work out. TA's will have priority. Ill keep you all updated.. |
