Jordan. Thanks to him, black was cool. He transcended what he did on the court (which nobody has even come close to since he left the game for good). His career earnings was nothing compared to what he did with marketing/sales. Ultimate sportsperson, businessman and father.

Federer hasn't topped Sampras (yet) but he's sure on track to.. Jordan wins 3 NBA championships straight back when the US were way on top of their game. The dream team was imo the greatest sports team ever assembled, the coach never called a time out, didn't really need to coach at all. In the gold medal game they were down at the half, still didn't say . Won by 40 points. That was the only stage they were ever down in the whole tourney.
So the bulls were down by 10 in the final quarter at the end of the 1st 3 peat. Jordan scores every point for the Bulls in the 4th, except for the final 3 which he draws the triple team, kicks it to Paxson who hits it so they're up by a point which they win by.
So he retires.
Comes back and at the end of their 2nd 3 peat, down by a point in the 7th and final game, holds the ball, winds down the clock till the final second, fade away jumper at the top of the key to win it.. again..
