I am fully aware of the fact that you have to be REALLY REALLY stupid to pull off such a thing. But what you're saying is that eating fat food all day is much more dangerous then doing weed.
In this case why weed is unlegalized and junk food is legal?

I would indeed say that eating fast food all day is worse for you than smoking pot. Hell, if you cook with pot, you're nearly eradicating any long-term negative effects that it can have on your body (smoking). Foods high in fats and cholesterols do more damage to your body and cause many more problems that will affect you later in life.
Pot is only illegal because it was placed on a list of supposed 'dangerous' substances decades ago without proper research into its effects on your body, and its stigma as a dangerous and addictive drug is only just starting to wear off as people become less ignorant.
No one has ever died as a direct result of smoking or ingesting marijuana in any form, while millions will die of obesity, heart failure and many other complications due to lazy lifestyles and unhealthy eating. |

because marijuana has an immediate and fairly significant effect on you. Junk food will slowly make you fat, but if you eat a bag of Skittles, you don't suddenly become more likely to crash a car. |

True, all the Mexicans who worked in the US in the early 20th century. The US didn't like them being there after the work was done. They noticed a lot of the Mexicans liked to smoke pot. Hmmm...how can we get rid of all these damn Mexicans? Um, criminalize pot!
