Love it. I think that they're pushing the envelope a little more this season.
My favourite skit ever was when they sent someone dressed as Osama Bin Laden around to Jihad Jack's house last year. Funny . |

shows like chasers balance out the bull being feed on the commercial stations. without shows like this, we would become brain dead ignorant slaves of the system. (look at the amerikan model)
i also recently found out some interesting news that ACA and TT are sometimes paid by companies to run scare/slander articles. one recent one was TTs obsession with new JEEP 4WDs catching fire randomly. i wont say who, but an aussie car maket was behind pushing that one - and more irritating, is aussie built cars are prob. the most un-reliable globally. i know this as im a mech. en
chasers is fkn perfect on so many levels :D |

Though i think they're moving more towards outrageous stuntery and away from witty insights (fav segment would have to be 'what have we learned from current affairs this week') |

i always forget it's on :(
i used to love reading the little scrolling text news lol
one of my favourites (i think it was the chaser) was when they had a map of the world and swapped the names around and asked people in the us to find certain countries. for one guy they said "where is north korea?" and the dude looks around, sees north korea written in the middle of australia and points to it. then he looks at tasmania. "wow i didn't realise north korea was so much bigger than south korea!" :stongue: |

i think its a disgrace they let such a lefto pinky commie show like this on a public station. your tax dollars are funding these hippy freaks with their so-called "humour" and anti establishment whining. have they no shame?
john howard is a visionary and should not be the butt of their lame-ass jokes. this show should be more like a current affair or today tonight. now THATS real journalism. |

^^^ LMAO!!!
seriously tho: chasers isn't really that biased anymore: they just do "outrageous" things for laughs-- if you look at their show, what about it is left wing??? :conf: they bag labour just as much as liberals.
like sonic said: they're not really that insightful these days: they're just silly-- how political was that "bed-testing" skit? :tongue2 |
