it looks like he's playing the day after in LA!
that means 10 hour set!!

gotta agree with Alain...
2nd half of the set is usually the best... he plays it hard and reallllyyyy tripped out!
best to show up around 2 or 3AM...
he's one of my favorite DJ's... right up there with Sasha and Diggers! |

| One of the best DJ's in the world hands down. Last time in LA was horrible though. He's at his best when he plays dark dirty tribal. and yes he was at @ Avalon last year. Is this true he will be playing at on Broadway tell 6 am doesn't this club usually close at 2? |

and i'm sure he won't allow anyone to record it as usual....i guess thats his way of "keeping it real" a la' Dave Chappelle. |

Yes it does.
Since On Broadway is an "event" center the assumption is the have a waiver for the evening.

I'm seriously thinking of going to this (will be seeing Bloc Party in SD on Saturday).. but I can't believe that they really got a waiver to be open until 6.
Anyone going for sure, or everyone just on the fence? (or doing LA instead) |

1st time in Southern California in 10 yrs! 8 hour marathon set! 10pm-6am it will be a night like never before! Dont miss the most iconic american dj in existence. he undisputed King. Danny Tenaglia
if I had a dollar for everytime I read this. LOL
Btw, last time he played at Avalon it wasn't horrible, Danny T is an artist and an uncompromising dj. That night made me realize that I really love this music and the people next to me are all about it as well. Alden, Dave, Annalie, and others that have put foot to ass for this scene in LA were the last people there and if you stayed till the last it was an amazing feeling being in a room with clubbers that absolutely love the music.
I hope this event does well in San Diego, Giant would it done it better but we can't go past 4. Boo! |
