I'm sure this has been on here before, but can someone link me to a program that is free, and can capture all of your computers sound output as .wav.
So that you can easily record the audio from videos you're watching, audio conversations etc. |

| would there be a way in cubase to make an audio channel record your soundcards output? so you could record the audio from a video you have playing in vlc. |

Depends on your sound card. If it supports ASIO Direct Monitoring, then yes, you can do it right in Cubase (you'll need to consult your board's manual/help for the "how to", since it varies from one device to the next).
If not, then go for something like Total Recorder. |

I have an audiophile 2496.
i know that for a while i had a simple little program that would just rip your computers audio. I wish i could find it again. |
