All the planning is pretty much done, and just requires some final info from Scott. (ie date, cap capacity, etc)
When we do have all the final info, there will be some volunteers asked to fill in some positions and help out.

The planning that has already been done for past parties, they just use the same template and revise a little with the provided info of the new party area so to speak lol

Always awesome times. It's different being outside of a club setting with everyone. Everyone hanging out together and being able to talk because you can hear eachother! lol. Always an awesome party and so much fun. The above parties all have so many memories and inside jokes from them lol |
