that's awesome amelia !!!

though i never lived with someone yet i would say like people said previously , just keep seeing ur friends and do some nights out with ur friends , keep some time for yourself and do things on your own

if things can work out towards jobs and all , we'd like to do this as well with my bf this summer

he is back in 3 weeks so we'll see then :gsmile: :gsmile:

i cant' wait!

Ensure that the proper amount of time has passed before doing so.

It may seem like a good idea at the time, but rarely works out if done in the first few months of a relationship.

As everyone else has said, personal time/space is crucial.

LOL, +1

and overall just be sure to maintain some of your own privacy and make sure you both get enough "me" time. living together is great but it's a huge step in a relationship and doesn't always turn out to be the fantasy world that people think it's going to be. as long as you both recognize that and respect each other's boundaries, things should be fine.

It's a symbolic thing... once you allow things to get that comfortable and informal then you're making the assumption that the other will always be there... that's when people stop trying, that's when things break down.

What if he has a raging pee fetish he's kept hidden all this time for fear of being mocked and finally being able to indulge in the fetish rekindles their dying and monotanous sex life?

But I see what you're saying.

Wait, life doesn't automatically move to a fantasy world when you move in together?

So the brochure you showed me was a lie!
