I bet it would be pretty uncomfortable, having to stay hunched over for 10 minutes at a time.
And oral sex is neat because it's more about making the other person do all the work while you sit there with a cigar in your mouth, cackling maniacally.
If it were all about vaginal simulation, I would image more guys would own devices to do it all for them. But for some reason that is more acceptable for girls?
