an easy way to remeber it is that they're 2 sizes off from men's sizes. size 5 (US) in mens = size 7 (US) in womens.

the same as in a 7 would fit a man who wears a 5?

pretty much. but women's shoes are usually narrower since women have daintier feet than men, so it might be a tight squeeze. :p

i just know that my hockey skates were a size 5.5 because they didn't carry women's sizes... and i'm a 7.5 in womens.
