m-audio ozone vs. alesis photon x25

Hi guys!
I just got a new notebook, mainly for work. But as it is a quite powerfull thing I am thinking of abusing it from time to time for prudction, too. I specially think about taking it to my girlfriends house and make some basslines, beats or presets in a spare minute (ableton live) that I can add to my library for later use.
For that purpose I am looking for a budget all-in-one solution with small portable keyboard and audio interface. I came across the m-audio ozone and alesis photon x25.
Anybody got experience with one or the other? The almost cost the same. find the photon more stylish and it has this weird lightcontroller. A disadvantage I see is that it does not have a separate headphone volumecontrol as I will be working with headphones most of the time. I actually do not need the mic-amp that is in the ozone. What about the drivers compared with each other? Latency? Any known problems?

I would appreciate any info about your experience and suggestions.

cheers,

hereander
