Does anyone know of any other programs like Stomper? I use to use it a long time ago and I went to install it again today but I keep getting this error? It looks like some sort of error in macromedia flash but I dont know how to fix it.

Try uninstalling/updating flash first.
Other programs like stomper - go on KVR and search for drum synths/machines. There are thousands of free ones.
