Sean Miller played like 4 tracks. :wtf: Including two Stan Kolev tracks I had already been playing in my bedroom for months :wtf:
He was good, but...lol, Sean was way better when he CLOSED after Lawler in October before that...

i totally concur, i was very dissapointed w/Lawler the last 3 times i had seen him here in LA, considering that Lawler used to be my favorite DJ!, but lo & behold i was in for a huge surprise in MIAMI, he brought it like nobody's business
definitely vintage Lawler!!
Audiofly was good that nite, Clive Henry was even better, but when Lawler came out he was just insane
for me, it was the perfect set-up for what was to be a great WMC & i couldnt have asked for a better first nite in MIAMI
probably the best set ive seen Lawler spin!! |

totally agree! the most perfect way to start conference this year and not only, for me, was it lawler's best set to date but probably the best set i've experienced since listening to EDM!!! i was in heaven for 4 hours.
but i'll still go to vanguard to see lawler, he's my favorite house dj, i can't miss him. and to me any lawler is better than no lawler at all :tongue2 |

danny howells at vanguard was ing top notch. :) i was loving every minute of it! ask clovis and tigo. i couldnt get enough! |

His last set at Vanguard was probably the worst I've ever heard him, he was better the night before NYE than the last one and that one wasn't even that great. The best set I've heard from him was at Pacha in Ibiza and before that was during his Lights Out stuff. I.E. Miami and Avalon 2005. His whole 'Viva' thing isn't working out too well imo. I won't totally discount him because I love the man and I love what he plays. But don't say his last set at Vanguard was 'his best' :p |

| As big of a Lawler fan I am, I've yet to see him live. Hopefully this event will change that. I've been hearing bad reviews about his sets the last six months though. Maybe he'll step it up at Vanguard. I think Viva! 2 is on its way so that should make things more exciting - i.e. new ch00ns. |

his "VIVA" nights suck, that's what turned me off 2 his new "sound" but i decided to go to his show in MIAMI cuz it was being promoted as a "LIGHTS OUT" nite & was it ever

october 2005 and june 2006 @ avalon!!!! such a great night too!!!! that last avalon set was very nice, very nice!!!
not miami nice but pretty f-ing close :tongue2 |
