I just finished eating half of a wedge of edam and half of a wedge of fontina.
Yesterday I had the first halves along with some delicious brie and a tasty yuengling.
Is this normal? Is anyone else a cheese junkie? for a snack i go and buy a 2 dollar block of cheddar and eat it in one sitting.
amazing food

I'm a fan of shredded cheese, myself. Cheddar or mozzarella, and a local grocery store has one called Nacho & Taco, which is basically cheddar and mozzarella with nacho seasoning in it.
If we're talking sandwiches, be it roast beef or a hoagie roll, I'm all about the Pepper Jack. Best cheese EVER. My heart is crushed every time I'm in Canada. Whenever I'm at a Subway up there, I ask if they have Pepper Jack cheese they look at me like I've just spoke in a foreign language. :(
As a sidenote, anybody who enjoys Kraft can go straight to hell. How can you call it cheese when it tastes so horrible and nothing like real cheese? |

of course
my family, being from sicily, raised me on wine, cheese, homemade bread, and coca cola in glass bottles (and cavatelli)
best cheese ever on pizza - gorgonzola.
I had a gorgonzola and spinach pizza when I was in Sao Paulo - divine. |

Damn, had yet another TA Cliched joke lined up.
That's a lot of cheese you eat my friend. I buy some standard mature cheddar and maybe have a cheese toastie once every 3-4 days, but nothing more than that. You must go through more laxatives than you do cheese.
My flatmate used to eat cheese on something every morning and he hogged the toilet for 30 minutes a day while reading my damn newspaper :( |
