Compressing quicktime video.

There are some things in the technology world I'm a tad out of touch with, this being cameras, video, and the like. I took a video of me ing around a bit with my old DXM06 mixer since I'm selling it and my camera automatically saves it as a quicktime video file. It's over nine minutes long which is alright for posting on youtube, but it's also 238mb (and it needs to be at max 100mb to post on youtube). Does anyone know of any free software or anything that will allow me to compress the video to 100mb or smaller?
Thanks in advance. |

| iSquint or VisualHub are good but they'll only work on Macs. Apart from that, I dunno. QT Pro might be the only option. |

So you're saying I could send the video to you and you could compress it? :p |
