No it doesnt. Regular sem is ~15 weeks (usually), summer is 6.
15*3 = 45 hrs during fall/spring
6*6 = 36 hrs during sum
This is why I'm taking a writing class during the summer. I hate writing ;)
Disclaimer: This is not true for all classes. Some classes just cover the material faster and make up for less time while some do cover less. |

I'm taking summer classes right now, as well. This is my second time taking summer courses. First time I took 9 credits during both summer sessions. That killed me. :(
9 credits in Japan (for first half of summer).
6 credits at my uni (for remainder of summer).

my summer is 8 weeks....
i have no idea how long my regular summer is... probably 16 or 17 |

| Look at it this way: All that knowledge is going to expand your brain thus pushing your hair follicles THAT MUCH further out of your skull. Your afro will increase in girth at a much faster rate than if you were just chillaxing at home. |

im taking 11 hours of classes this summer as well, it sucks, but by doing this I'm going to be able to graduate one year early from college. :)
