Mat Silver is probably one of the legendary names of hard-tainted trance. His energetic style and flawless production skills earned him a huge following during his time at Above The Sky records. With hit singles to his name such as “Teardrops”, “Perfect Wave” and the unforgettable “Ultimate Wave”, Mat Silver along with Tony Burt, became favourites among trance and hard trance enthusiasts all over the world. Countless remixes for artists such as Next Exit, Gary D, Klubbingman and Alphazone made Mat Silver vs. Tony Burt probably one of the best hard trance projects. However, in 2004, Mat Silver took a break that generated speculation whether or not he would return and shock dance floors once moor. Now, after 3 long years, Mat Silver has returned - and “The Green Room”, is now getting ready to open!!
Diverted Black will focus on the hard and tech-trance sounds of trance. From banging to the really dirty techno, we will supply the best and freshest of its kind, and give the hard trance scene something to shoud about once more! “Mat Et Nicolas - The Green Room” is set to be a huge tune this summer! Each mix offers various styles of trance from acid tech-trance, right through to banging hard trance. Nicolas Perrottey, a young very talented French artist with huge production skills teams up with Mat for this project! The Original Mix is backed by a stunning 2007 rework by Mat Silver himself, which is just mind-blowing. Pure trance bliss with a HUGE breakdown! Also thrown in is a cracking remix from Japanese artist Katsuria Saïliku. His take on the Green Room is pretty tough but still has the energy and the sweet melody! A great debut for Katsuria on Diverted Black! The Nicolas mix is by the other half of the Mat Et Nicolas project and its an absolute killer! Weighing in at 146 BPM, the breakdown and emotion emitted is insane. Watch out for this one! Finally we have the Fast Forward mix from Mat, a cracking acid 303-tech-trance bonanza remix that is just awesome! If you like your acid, you’ll love this. All-in-all, this is a release you’ll want in your digital collection to play over and over again - and a tune that will conquer this summer! As a special treat, Mat Silver also done a cheeky radio edit of the track for the fans!

| The Original and especially Mat's 07 Rework are great. Some really nice old-school trance sounds that have been missing in most releases lately. Reminds me of the good old "Waimea" days. Speaking of which, I guess Mat & Tony Burt are working on some new stuff together - can't wait! |
