had a great time last night, really glad i decided to go even though i didnt know too much about bug besides what ive heard from people who have seen him already. definitely didnt disappoint. adultnapper dropped a great opening set, and steve tore the place apart. the set flowed well, and kept the crowd interested all night. and he looked like he was havin a lotta fun as well.
didnt see most of u guys, except blake, but it looks like everyone had a blast. hopefully ill make it to mayer and boratto next week. :D
*edit - so anyone got some sets of his to share? or something similar perhaps? recommendations are always appreciated :p |

u r ing kidding me? i mean when does the party start then!? 8pm!?
paying 25$ for 3h madness is somehow rude, not?
i hope such "conditions" arent common in nyc arent they!? |
wow..that IS pricey...nah it depends on the venue and i guess what is stipulated in the producer/djs contract. MADE events tends to be pricey...but they DO have the clout to bring in a lot of names
for the chance to see someone who never come to NYC, this may be worth it. im glad everyone had fun. :D
hmm i HOPE Ferry @ Cielo isn't the same. It is $25 and it IS at Cielo June 10th, a Sunday. Hopefully there is no one opening for Ferry or else thats gonna cut into his hours. Then again Ferry is used to spinning 6+hours in NYC so i hope he maximizes his time on the decks |

| When I've been to Cielo, it never stays open after 4:30 am. During the week depending on the party, closing time is around 3:30, and on Sundays, it can close as early as 2 am. |

Its worthy to see Ferry for $25. I remember I've paid $40 for him in Crobar in 2005. The only problem is... its on Sunday :( :( :( |

vtec here -
I have a few I'll share when I get back to NY on Monday.
On a side note - I think it's pretty ing stupid to have Ferry spinning @ Cielo.....Cielo is by no means a big room trance club.  |

Crobar? 40? Wow was that at door? well sure Ferry is worth it altho I've never paid over 20 to see him except down at SPACE during wmc 2005 when he was spinning with paul
4am is very early for his party to end that's all. I'd pay 25 for a 6+ hour set that's without a doubt. The only good thing abt the party being on sunday is that it won't be as crowded - imagine a normal friday nite crowd from studio or pacha...at cielo. Oh man |

Wow, what awesome music last night!! Wish I could've ID's some of that stuff, but I guess sometimes it's good not to know and just appreciate hotness for hotness.
4am closing would seem a lot worse if it weren't for the fact that all of the events I attend @ Hiro during the week close at 4 as well. Definitely takes some getting used to, but at least you're home and in bed by 6 instead of stumbling out of the place as the sun is rising... Oh boy, do I sound like an old person?? |

yea :( but what can we do?
well if there is NO opener then it would be ok...10am - 4am isnt such a bad thing...its just that if there is an opener it cuts into the main headliner and thats where its th3 suck...and things just arent the way they used to be...NYC cracking down and all, its bs of course but meh
hmm i dont recall...but did sven vath have an opener or was that just straight sven til close? :conf:
yeah with regard to ferry, im seriously NOT sure how they are gona manage the crowd...this could either be a HUGE mistake or a success depending...if they are basing it on the party that went down last year it was PRIVATE and they only started letting ohter ppl after a certain hour. but it was def not a regular event. i can only imagine how HOT the main room is gonna get (one of my serious pet peeves) and how crowded thats gonna make the courtyard...nice courtyard but everywhere gets annoying once its supercrowded |
