| Ok. I am on rogers cable. I have the Extreme service(6mb). My usual downloads average anywhere between 550kb to 770kb. however, starting today, i barely even crack the 120kb mark. have I been capped? should I call rogers and complain? any suggestions are welcome. thanks. |

do you live in an apartment complex or a house?
if you live in an apartment complex, there are situations where the cable company connects corresponding wires from each apartment to a mini box, and then connect the mini box to another main box, where that box runs underground/up to a pole. there was a situation for me where i was basically sharing a small weak mini box with 10 other people in the complex, and we always had cable problems. just based on my experience. |
