if you drive drunk and get caught, no matter who you are and how you drive, good or not, you deserve the punishment. you don't "go down", if you crash drunk (hopefully not into someone) and you don't hurt yourself, Darwin cries a little.

Thats when the cops smash the window in...they'll find a way in if they think drugs are inside. Best thing to do is just not to drive around with on you in the first place because cops will always find a "probable cause" to use against you and judges are usually going to lean towards the cop when you bring it to court. |

LOL, last time I checked, blood was part of your body. Anyways, they didn't have any right to test her blood? Um, how about her driving drunk, crashing, leaving the scene, leaving coke at the scene.....
