Hello everyone :stongue:. I would appreciate it if you could take a listen to my latest track "Dreamscape".

http://www.mp3.com/chrono

I made this track with my Supernova Pro, Reason, Calkwalk Sonar, and Mastered in Sound Forge 4.

I tried to create a more distinctive style with this track, being a little more open and experimental, but staying true to the trance genre. I would classify this track as Agressive Trance :D

Thanks for your time!!!

Nice floaty track man!

I think the one thing I dislike about it is that it's kinda muffled up on the peaks but that's about it I guess...

hey again ;)

the track had some interesting tweaks, but it didn't sound too crisp at times... just like oDrori said. Maybe tweak those things just a little and you'll have a great original track in your hands :)

ok, this was my first time really mastering a track, and I guess I went too heavy on the compression.. made it a bit too "squashed" as they call it. thanks for the advice, I'll fix it up from the un- mastered version I saved

I thought that was a great track:eek:

But something seems wrong with the bass, it doesn't sound right...although that could be because I was listenin to it on my computer speakers and not through my stereo. The builds are good, but the drum seems overpowering. Those were the only things that I noticed with the track...other than that it's a really good track.

:D

i might have gone alittle overboard with the low frequencies when I eq'd the track. thats probably why the bass and the drum are not right. I'll try to fix that too..
