New Matthew Dear drops June 5th I believe, but I just picked up an early copy @ DEMF
Really really ing good. Different than his other work, a bit more vocal but some great vibes on the disc and classic quality unique production
The single 'Deserter' is fantastic as well
Anyone got any thoughts on this? |

his stuff under his own name has always been more like this.

Theres really some seriously unique ideas on here. He definitley has matured his sound, and I dont wanna sound like a ing fan boy, (even though I think its too late) but this is really cool and I can see taking him into a way larger scene than just the confinements of the underground. Which is good and bad I suppose- but well deserved.
That being said, it's nice to have a GOOD dance album because I have not been impressed latley~ |

I've heard Deserter and it's ace. The Four Tet remix of it is also great.
