Until that I'll call you a Gossiping Nanny. | Well sweatheart. The days are over when Russia was considered important. It isn't and never will be. China is the power the US is concerned with most because they pose a greater threat than you drunken robbing Russians. |

I guess the number doesn't really matter. 99% of it might die after a single nuclear blast. Otherwise they would have already conquered the world twice. |

China Gaining in Military Might
It's so funny to see the US trying to stick their nose into everything that has a hole inside.
Too bad, they don't have any leverage on China, 'cause they are so dependand on them. That's why they prefer to keep their mouth shut.
(I just compare the attitude they have towards Russia to one they have to China) |
Uhh, China is just as dependant on us as we are of them. Both countries have billions upon billions invested in each others country. Each one has leverage in the other. That is why we had a meeting to discuss the TRADE DEFICIT. I wouldn't call that keeping our mouths shut:rolleyes:. |

I don't think so. China owns most of the US debt. China produces a lot of the products the US imports. China produces a lot of the products US based companies export. Star-traveller has a point, China has past the point were the US has any influence on it. Sure it has some dependence on the US, as any other country. I would not, however, characterize the dependence as symmetrical though. |

| I would. Both countries would be strongly affected if either one stopped trading |
