I'm a tourist from Israel, currently staying in London.
I wanne come to this festival.. so I got 2 questions:
1. How should I get there from London in the cheapest AND quickest way as possible? :)
2. Where can I buy a tent for a cheap price?

thanx in advance :D

1 - Get the train, http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/ run from London to Stratford-Upon-Avon, can get the free bus to the site from there. or ask around on here nearer the time, im sure there will be some London TA's driving up.
2 - Look in any Outdoor shop in london, Millets, Go Outdoors etc.

Hope that helps

Hi everyone!

I am a TA from Orange County, CA and I am moving to Slough/London this week and I was interested in attending GGG 2007 on Saturday. I have never been to the UK and I was wondering if anyone is driving or riding the trains to the event on Saturday as I don't really know anyone in the UK except some fellow co-workers. It would be really cool to meet some new people and party together since I honestly have no acquaintances there. If driving, I can help split the petrol. Please let me know.

Cheers!
Daniel

i hope this freaking rain would stop.... its gonna be a washout else.

there was only a slight drizzle last year and the main tent went to pot. imagine what could happen with these flash floods if gods and co dont sort their arses out this year:eek:

The water falling from the roof and hitting the giant balloons was amazing..spraying over the croud...amazing atmosphere!

But yea...hopefully the rain wont finish it off this year...
