I don't know that much about him.He has released a BUNCH of records on a BUNCH of labels either alone ("Perspectives",caned by PvD) with Simon Noble ("Kryptonight","Cubism",check out the Praha remix),with Michael Thomas aka Blackwatch ("Discotek") and with Maurice of "Feline" fame("Faith Delivers").He has also remixed Lamb's track "Gorecki",and "Lost Without U" by Jayne Hannah.(She did the vocals for Evolution - Walking On Fire).He has also worked with BT for one of the tracks on BT's new album.

Bill Hamel is the founder of Sunkissed Records, America’s leading underground progressive house label.
