Just wondering any one know where I can find or buy a recording of Les Djins I looked around at the sites I normally go to and couldn't find anything.

Djuma Soundsystem - Les Djins (Trentemoller remix)
Roland Klinkenberg feat DJ Remy - Mexico can wait
Jody Wisternoff - Cold Drink, Hot Girl

I guess my general liking is for prog trance and house (Lolo - Why, is one of my favourites in the prog 'bracket' of EDM to give you an idea). Lately ive been listening almost exclusively to trance, and I want a change of pace. Not that im sick of trance or anything, Robert Nicksons Motion Blur EP has pride of place atm. Nevertheless, I would appreciate some info on tracks or sets I could seek out. The Mexico can wait track seriously got me, love it. Im sure the tracks I mentioned are pretty mainstream to you guys, but thats the aim of this. I know im only scratching the surface.

Since no one else has bothered to actually answer your question:

Jody Wisternoff - Nostalgia
Way Out West - Mindcircus (Jody Wisternoff is one half of Way Out West)
Lolo - Elemental (more on the trance tip)
Trentemoller - Le Champagne
Trentemoller - Late Night Cab Driving
Nikola Gala - Subterra
Nikola Gala - Dark Side Of The East (Parham & Dominic Plaza Remix)
Chable & Bonnici - Ride (Original & James Holden Remix)
Nathan Fake - The Sky Was Pink
A. Matsumoto & DJ Yoshi - Dreamer (Luke Chable Remix)
Shiloh - Dream On (Luke Chable Remix)
Pryda - Spooks
Pryda - Aftermath
Pryda - The Gift
Perasma - Swing 2 Harmony
Walsh & Coutre - Down With Love
Tom Sawyer & Gabriel Sordo - Still Sleeping
Square One - Highrise
Nutrunner - Open Spaces
Bart van Wissen - One Reason
Kasey Taylor & Chris Meehan - South Of The Border
Antarctica - Antarctica (Original & Sun Version)
Akzidenz Grotesk - Isbjorn
Break 3000 - Lights
Break 3000 - Odyssey
Jim Rivers - Restore

I guess you'd call most of that "melodic progressive". Some of it is on the trance tip, where others are leaning more towards house as you asked, and obviously the Trentemoller ones are a little bit electroey.

In general, these are some artists I would have a look at:

James Holden
Luke Chable
Kasey Taylor
Dave Seaman
Pryda
Gabriel & Dresden (older stuff)
Way Out West
Bart van Wissen
Nikola Gala
Parham & Dominic Plaza
Martin Landsky
Jim Rivers
V-Sag

Yah, I like Vapour Recordings muchly. :p

Many, many thanks. Greatly appreciated. Also thanks again to the member who linked me the hybridized site for something, as I found an Andrew Kelly mix on there that included a Plaid track. Took me back to my old days when I listened to Black Dog and the like. Not related to my original question I know but damn, that was a find and a half for me as that style used to be my main aural pleasure many years ago.
Allied Nations
I'm gonna reccomend some totally random good tunes that maybe you'll enjoy...

Having trouble tracking down some of those, but I wont give up. Had a preview listen to Dan Berkson - Easy, at Audiojelly. Think I'll have to purchase that one, thanks.

Ok finally got round to listening to this set. You werent kidding, it truly is great. I can see ive got alot of searching around to do, must find more. The beginning of part 2 with Underground Systems - Road to Home and Shiloh - Cafe Del Mariachi (Nick Warren remix) are real highlights and exactly what I was looking for.

Being a 'fringe' member of the EDM community like myself it takes a little more effort to seek out what you like. Its always going to be worth it though.
rawbound
A few that perhaps would fit the description

Deadmau5 - Faxing Berlin
DJ Remy - Wink
Aril Brikha - Winter
Agoria - Europa
