More or less routine and symbolic. And how are we supposed to be headed toward a third world war? |

there will no more be any world wars. this earth will cease to exist at the end of the next one. |

well i might be just really excited to see some carnage...but china and russia do alot of business with these companies and sudan that also do alot of business with the US...and now that these companies are probably going to go out of business, it could be like wtf?
and with all that war and fighting on that side of the planet, and the US instigating almost all of it, its just a matter of time.... X) |

No.
First, those businesses aren't going bankrupt because of a symbolic unilateral government embargo. Other countries stopped doing business with them a long time ago, which is part of the reason that China has swooped in to pick up the slack.
Second, no one, not even China, is willing to fight a war over Sudan. In fact, that's just the problem. There's very little stake in it for anyone, including the US. |

What you say doesn't make sense.
Sentence 1 states that there won't be another one.
Sentence 2 states that there will be another one but there won't be anymore after it. |
|

sentence 2 is an implication of the consequences if statement 1 is false. |
