No, it's not a kit car. ********* actually produced them for a few years about 20 years back. They both were around the time of the Countach so they do share some body lines (Considering the Countach had it's run from 1974 - 1990, that isn't hard to do.) It was the "affordable **********."
One of the cars posted had 250 HP the other had 365 HP.
