| I am having trouble deciding which I like better for brushing my teeth. I have both gel and paste in my cup and like to mix it up here and there. I hear that paste is better for your teeth although that is unconfirmed. What do you like better? |

max fresh. works the best for me. I think it's a paste..with a bit of gell.....and breath blaster speckles.
