Curfew are proud to bring you the tech-dirt sounds of Merkins "I Sleep In Sellotape" and "Nesk", the latest instalment on King Unique¹s Curfew imprint. "Sleep In Sellotape" is like Daft Punk doing minimal with Brian
Eno adding the whooshy bits. Thunderous walking bass and a nasty nasal sliding little synth line that sounds like you¹re being bullied at primary school (it makes sense when you hear it). Dry and tracky as you like - until the icy chords come in and the whole thing trips out in a Kupon style.
And "Nesk" is more of the same - but backwards

Interesting stuff... this is techy, and not something that is a normal listening experience for me.
NESK was just cool. Very low-tone and emotional in many regards. Excellent choice of timbres, and the speed was slow enough that I felt like it was dragging it softly through my inner being. NESK was my favorite...
One criticism... I do not know if you are just posting clips or if those are just ackward endings? If they are posted clips, then I understand. |

| Personally... I don't know what's wrong with posting tracks in the "Music Producers Promotion" area. I mean, you are a producer, and you made these tunes (at least helped). I'm bamboozled, and just think that Zombie0729 doesn't know what he's talking about. |
