Not really, no ... maybe 5 years ago it would have had a little more impact but looking at the way the digital scene has evolved there are just far too many tracks out there picking up the odd play from DJ's. Couple this with the credibility issue of mentioned DJ's then really it's not such a huge deal.
I say this because I am in much the same position.
Getting something signed is a real achievement. |
