man, itunes is ing slow
makes me just wanna steal music.
they should have a several dedicated pipelines just for Brian Eno
edit 30 minutes later: , it's DRM protected. , it's 128AAC. I have to open Itunes for that single song. . Well, JHymm to the rescue, strip dat nigga
awww what the ? DRM won't strip.
45minutes later: KK, QTFairUse won't strip Itunes 7.2
some more minutes later: even the QTFairUse7.2 cfg update wont work with 7.2.
man, . i just wanted the song in 256AAC(unprotected), so i could put in winamp and not through gayitunes player.
i should've just downloaded the song off DC++ with the inferior mp3 format |

they recently upgraded a lot of song to DRM-free.
The song i was looking for (john Murphy - Theme 7, AKA riff from 28 weeks later, AKA produced by brian eno), isn't one of those songs
i downloaded a plug-in for Winamp that plays .m4p (itunes format) files, but the seek is ed, so i have to listen in one shot, and winamp also shuts down if the song finishes on its own.
if it's .99c, it's 128kb AAC with DRM-protection. for .30c extra you can upgrade to 256kbAAC with no DRM(if its allowed by the specific label).
after i downloaded the song, i went to the main page to scan my library for "upgradable songs", and it said i had none :(
edit:
fina-ing-ly. converted successfuly to m4a.
QTFairUse6 pulled through |

My friend had 4 iTunes song codes, and gave them to me. I wanted to use them towards the purchase of a CD (Force Theory - Jesus Camp OST). So I wanted to buy the whole CD for ~$10 instead of each track for ~$18 (I forget the exact prices). I end up emailing iTunes and calling them up and they said I can't use my 4 iTunes song codes towards the total CD purchase price only store credit can. WTF is that . :whip: :whip:
I mean they are charging 99 cents for both a 1 min and a 10 min song... I don't get it. Plus I wanted higher sound quality with no DRM. I kinda want to email the artist and just go directly through them (at least I know where my money is going). |
