year after year, i become less and less impressed with the line ups for this.

IMO it's always a pretty ty representation of all of the different sounds of our city. Maybe that's not what they're going for, but i think it would improve their festival if they did.

agreed... if i recall correctly the lineups over the past few years featured a lot of different sounds esp. from new international artists who were pushing the envelope in experimenting with a lot of cross genre stuff..

not to say that there's anything wrong with our locals but i thought this event was to showcase new international sounds and talent from around the world?

it's way to heavy on the weird experimental and downtempo stuff and crappy bleepy blippy techno.

I think the organizers are closed minded and only booking according to their personal tastes.

+1

I went out to this tonight. It was quite awful.

Who knows what the they are going for. It makes no sense to me what so ever. Their perspective is beyond skewed.

It's so ridiculous the stage set up they have [i know it can't be help] - most of the time the sound clashes with one another and the accoustics suck.

I'm still going tomorrow regardless. I love being out in the sun and hearing EDM.
