In Jordan (which is where I spend most of my summers), the temp gets up to about 105ish on average, but all of the Gulf States (Saudi, Oman, Dubai people,ect)show upi and flood the town with their oversized cars and even more oversized families...

99 degrees with 99% humidity is worse.

new years day last year was 50C in sydney, I found that relatively comfortable compared to 30c and ridiculous humidity every day in singapore.
worst heat I've felt though was working in an iron ore mine in north west australia. In the pit it was over 60C, reflecting off the walls which were 60% iron.

summers really suck here. 90s-100s every day with high as hell humidity and some of the worst smog in the country.
