I try to play white sand by sunlounger on my guitar but it just dont sound right

| I haven't heard that sound in a while, but I think it's an electric acoustic guitar, and there's an echo effect on it. |

I dont think so...
my guess is a palm-muted electric...it sounds muted to me in parts...which is what makes that special sound. |

| wouldn't be surprise if it's synthesized actually...so don't feel bad if you cant play it. |
