Anyone has any idea on how to have such tight mixes?
Am in a contest that only allows 30min mixes so i guess this would be a better alternative.
Watch those Sensation Megamixes and i see those djs dropping the climax of the song say 16 beats before going onto something else? |

Know your music. |
Exactly.
Cue it up from just before the main part and slam it in, time after time.
You need to program it well though so it still has a good flow. |

| I recently made a house/prog house megamix and it was really fun. I didn't really pre-plan, but just sorta let it go and it turned out really well save for one of two spots. |

Practise more, learn your songs..
And don't take a battle before you actually can beatmatch & drop, etc. If you don't, you can't expect to with. |
