I bought 2x Behringer B212A and even though it's Behringer, it's pretty good sound for the price. At about $300 each, and it's powered.
Try listening to it. |

| Buy stuff used (ebay, craigslist, etc.). You can get much more bang for your buck. I recommend getting powered speakers. Anything by KRK or Mackie should be great. |

Good point. I have the RP5's. They're pretty powerful, but they don't quite pick up the lows like i would like them to. So, i had to get a sub for my home studio too.
AboveBeyond, if you can get your hands on some RP8's, you'll be set golden. |

| For DJing, Behringers or KRK will be great, whichever is cheaper. |

Hi guys! I'm buying some monitors/speakears at the moment just for my home use for practicting DJing. What do you think, which are the best solution for about 300euros? Which have the most clear sound?
Do you think i should buy KRK RP5??? Can i connect them directly to my mixer???
thanks for your help! |
