yeah, Bombay.
a bit on the outskirts, but 24 hour general stores haven't made an entry here yet. the only thing that might be open are cigarette peddlers on bicycles who might even carry tea/coffee. |

Have you engaged in any heavy exercise lately? If you lose water weight via exercise you really need to replace it. For every pound lost, you should drink a quart of water.
I've lost 10 pounds or so in exercise sessions and your consumption would be around that.
EDIT:
Although, the body can only absorb about 1.5 liters per hour so....how long you been going at it? And is your pee yellow or clear? |

exercise is the last thing i ve been doing
have gained 5 kgs in the last month.
so that cant be it |

as i ve mentioned, will come up to around 90 minutes, and its 4.5 litres.
pee is ...well....yellow but not enough to cause alarm |
