i'm actually a HUGE fan of girls wearing short cargo shorts, preferrably in army green lol
and to be honest, i find tight black work pants, a crisp white button down shirt with a black bra on to be way more hot then say a girl docked out in shorts.
tight white pants or capris with a black wife beater is also another one of my top choices...even better if she's rocking a hot pair of nike air maxes and sunglasses
another one that tops the 'skirts' look, girls in yoga pants haha or athletic clothes like those tight shorts with sports bra and/or tank top over it.
goodness - skirts ain't everything, but can be appropriate at times |

Oooh, I'm actually wearing something kinda similar to that. I have a baby blue "crisp" :p Jcrew dress shirt on (button down) with dark brown tight dress slacks and camel colored leather strappy heels. :D
