You have it a bit wrong. He was at some prom afterparty and so was she. She agreed to give him a blowjob. Age of consent :p, doesn't apply here. At the time of the case the law in Georgia (or whatever bum backwards state he's from) stated that ANYONE under the age of 18 cannot engage in sexual conduct WHATSOEVER. So he got arrested and sent to jail for it. Now the law has changed to accommodate situations like this, but because the laws of our great country can't be applied retroactively, he's pretty much ed. He got the full sentence. He's not trying to appeal now, he just doesn't want to have to register as a sex offender when he gets out of jail. |
