After a tense few hours with the county law enforcement, Nocturnal has managed to pull through. As the police departed the scene, longtime resident DJ Roland has informed CoolJunkie, that the amount previously cited was much lower, to the tune of US$8,000, and was paid in full upon the arrival of the authorities. According to Roland, "The amount has been paid, the authorities have left the scene, and the club remains in continuous operation".
Nocturnal's second anniversary party continued on as planned, with a packed house in attendance, and the second anniversary weekend celebrations, including Local Celebrity, are continuing as planned.

Twilo was there and it recently shut down too... |
