hey guys. in a lot of trance songs i seem to hear alot of vcal harmonys, not actual words but like ooohhh s and yeeeaaahs . and i dont meen choir ones like most keyboards have that just stay flat but ones that change pitch, or go from ohh to yeah. does this make sense? i hope so. anyway i use reason and would like to be able to get some of these effects, or do i need to manually go through acapellas and cut and paste the parts i want.

thanks for the help

get a vocalist and record a few phrases down. then chop up the vocals as needed and pitch up/down as needed.

I was waiting for a response from this thread, the song in this thread has great samples, check it out, you can see where they came from if you like it, it was some spectrasonics thing:

Thats the thread, I thought the vocals in the song were top, but see if they're to your taste.

EastWest Symphonic Choirs would do the job well too.
