In reality it isn't so bad.
PayPal has approved and processed your claim of recent unauthorized use of
your account for the following transaction:

Your Transaction ID: 77439746RS928193V
Seller's Transaction ID: 6WX39083SF983183W

Seller's Name: Duong Nguyen
Seller's Email: [email protected]
Any portion of the payment that was funded with your credit card will be
refunded directly to your credit card.
That is the first of the two. I am sure the second will come shortly. Also, my bank stated that I would need to fill out an affidavit and file a police report (if Paypal didn't get me the money back). They would then put that money back into my account and take on getting the money from PayPal (or whoever) on their own. |

haha. This is hilarious. I got this email today, to an email address which doesn't even have a PayPal account associated with it.
Are people actually stupid enough to get pulled in by this ?

its not used for online shopping in general. its used for sending payments between 2 parties that arent a business (well now people use it for business purposes) to exchange money. its used mostly for ebay purposes but also used for people purchasing via forums and what not. |
