ManCandy Events 2007
(ManCandy Radio’s) Sweet Street, a celebration of the LGBT community and friends, presented by Toronto’s #1 Gay Radio Station, ManCandy.com , has obtained a street closure and liquor sales permit, endorsed by The City of Toronto.
ManCandy Radio along with Toronto industry icons and friends wish to celebrate, support, and thank Toronto’s PROUD community through 3 days and 36 hours of complimentary music, dancing, and REASONABLE refreshment.
From 11am-11pm Friday June 22nd to Sunday June 24th, St. Joseph Street (one block North of Wellesley, West of Yonge) will be transformed into the Sweet Street, a live-to-air all out street party featuring Juno award winner Hatiras, Industry Nightclub’s Matt C, Mario J. of A.D/D, and Kenny Glasgow, as well as many other artists and owners from Toronto’s most queer friendly venues of the past, present, and future, including Boa-Redux, Sonic Nightclub, and Footwork After-hours & Bar.
