DJ Shah has been mentioned many times already.
Just last night I was looking for more tracks like "White Sand" and "Aguas Blancas", and found that DJ Shah has about 8 or 10 aliases...a majority of which he uses to make awesome beach trance.
His melodies are very strong in my opinion.

| I would recommend Headstrong's The Truth (David West Progressive Mix), though it's hard to find tracks which really have these sea-sounds... A lot of the times they are just intro-edits for some 'beach-cd's'. |
