I forgot to mention that i worked @ a KFC LOL for like 2 years back in the kitchen during high school days ......actually cooking the chicken there....
I used to make awesome crispy chicken,my manager used to come and take few pieces for himself occasionally.I hated that place.
Well i know the trick to make really crispy chicken LOL;)
