He's at 381,000 mark. It takes him approximately 2 seconds to say each number.
1,000,000 - 381,000 = 619,000
At the rate of 2 seconds per digit, it will take him 1,238,000 seconds, which is a generous estimate.

2 weeks or so and he's done. It will obviously be more.
