And i'm feeling down and sad.

Coast to Coast says eating nutritous foods will make your brain happy, due to the proper vitamins and what not.

i'm going to eat healthy for a week and see what happens.

Truth.

I ate McDonalds 4 times in 3 days once and the comedown was worse than any pill I've ever taken. :wtf:

Lots of fresh greens & fruit = YGRENE BACKWARDS!

Only slightly better in terms of nutritional content, but I much prefer it food wise. Curly Fries >

And breakfast whenever you want!

my gf was like "brad, are you bored of me?"

just because of the way ive been acting. not sad, not angry, just "mehhh"

and i swear its cause of mcdonalds so i try to explain, but now i just look like a liar or somthing, but i understand. if she was being a bitch to me and i'd be like 'whats your problem?" and she said "oh nothing, i just had some mcdonalds" i'd be :wtf:

Before I gave it up, it ended up becoming the only thing I was eating. I was busy studying for finals, taking finals, working and trying to get my body switched over to a night shift schedule. I would have breakfast at McDonald's, lunch at Taco Bell and dinner at Jack in the Box. Not good.

I finally gave it up. Since then, I've had a lot more energy during the day, have felt better and have dropped seven pounds without changing any other aspect of my daily life. I don't crave it anymore, and when February 16th rolls around (I said I wouldn't touch it for two months) I doubt I'll want to go out and have some.

The only downside is that my appetite hasn't taken too well to it. Earlier this month I had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and that filled me up until the same time the next day. I was starving so I cooked myself a delicious looking plate of nachos. I had one chip and felt so full that I was going to puke, and had no appetite until the next day.

It's getting better now, I've slowly been able to eat more and more. Just an example of what a constant fast-food diet will do to you.

For a couple of weeks around the same time I had weird pains in my chest, but they subsided as my normal appetite returned. All in all I lost a total of fifteen pounds in about just under three weeks with no exercise, just a complete lack of fast food.

Do yourself a favor and watch "Super Size Me" if you haven't already.

I've always wondered about the McDonalds employees as well as other fast food employees who eat that all the time. No wonder they looked so pissed off...they work at a ty job and they're eating ty food all the time that runs you down. Then again I don't feel all that sorry for them, they support the by working there:whip:

Yep, the US is a nation addicted to not only oil but beef as well. Good thing we have loads of cows or we'd be fighting wars for that too.
