I had a guy follow me while walking home from high school once
at first i made nothing of it, then he ran up to me and started a conversation
he wanted to know if I was going home and how close it was..
when I told him it was a block away he said:
"well, would you let me suck your dick before you go in??
I'm very good at it, I promise!"

I scared him off (maybe it was the small piece of pvc I picked up from the ground), that's a perfect example of a a bad apple

I have no problem with gays, as long as it's not "who they are", as you did indeed state, Suspicion Vandit.
I know many gays and get along fine with them, but I can't stand the kind who have to throw it in your face every second and let it define who they are...just like you said: "the answer is X...and did I mention I'm gay?"
One of my friends says he doesn't like gays because he "can't tell when they are coming onto him" and "doesn't know what to do if they do". It's just the same as with women, idiot. If you don't like them coming onto you, just tell them to off, or politely walk away, whatever floats your homophobic boat. |

I'd like to see the opinion of the philosophers in this forum, RJT and Lira.
I personally see the gay issue similar at what was happening in America 40 years or so with civil rights. Back in the 50's it was pretty much a standard thing in the south to hate or at least see blacks as inferiors. While this mentality may not have changed for the people that lived during that era, I believe the new generations have seen why racism was wrong. Will we be the old generation ? Will our grandchildren say "my grandpa was a homophobic; that is such an obsolete mentality?"
Weren't most Greek males gay? the same civilization that influenced the West so much. It has influenced rhetoric, philosophy, architecture, DEMOCRACY among others.
Although I do not have a dog, I've head there are gay dogs. So being homosexual is not particular of the human race, but also of other animals. While some may not accept we are animals, lets face it we are. Perhaps "intelligent animals", but animals nonetheless.
