Its possible to have a younger parent in the womb. Think of it like one of those russian dolls.
Suppose you were developing in the womb right. And you were at the little tiny embryo stage. What if another little baby developed OUTSIDE of you at a faster rate, and when that baby fully developed, you were still developing within their tiny baby womb. You would have developed first, and your mother would have developed second. Making her younger than you.
